We have identified the root cause of the issue. The issue occurred when a user authenticated to the developer portal and the server session state was not present. This could occur both for authentication sessions that were left open for more than 8 hours (the session cookie was set for a longer expiration time than the session storage) or in the event that a new session had not yet replicated to additional storage locations and was requested quickly.

Cloudflare Scheduled Maintenance

Cloudflare is performing a scheduled test of their systems. This test will last 5 minutes. This test only impacts control planes and APIs. During a 90 second window there will be increased errors on these APIs, we expect this to potentially result in failed deployments during that time period. However, no impact to running APIs is expected.

Zuplo's entire engineering team will be on standby during this window and we will monitor our systems and customer APIs.
